#43 Mary/ Margaret Walker was the daughter of Elizabeth Walker, although her name was more likely to have been Margaret. The baptismal record for #39 Elizabeth Walker states that she was the 'natural born daughter of Mary Walker', however no other record of a Mary Walker can be found in Heysham around that time. It seems likely Margaret Walker, the eldest daughter of #51 Elizabeth Edmonson, who would have been 14 or 15 at the time of the birth of her child, was actually the mother of #39 Elizabeth Walker. They married with parental consent which suggested they were under the age of 21 at the time of their marriage.
